The world’s leading research and advisory company, Gartner Inc., released its Magic Quadrant for Cloud Database Management Systems on November 23, 2020. Tencent was placed as a Niche Player in this Magic Quadrant. According to Gartner, “The practice of data management, founded on DBMSs, continues to shift rapidly to the cloud — a move that is producing an increasingly complex landscape of vendors and offerings.
