Started from 2014 and sponsored by the US National Institutes of Health (NIH), iDASH competition focuses on enhancing security and privacy of cloud computing. It has been regarded as the premier international competition in the field of global genomic data privacy protection and secure sharing.
Tencent Cloud’s Big Data Angel PowerFL team was awarded the first place in the track of privacy-preserving clustering of single-cell transcriptomics data in SGX. It is the first Chinese enterprise team to win the SGX-track title in iDASH’s history.
Tencent Cloud’s Big Data Angel PowerFL team has published more than 10 research papers, submitted more than 20 patent applications in the field of federated learning, and developed several commercial applications of privacy computing and federated learning.
